How are our products made?

3D body scanning
The entire production process begins with a 3D scan of the car's body. Using the scanner, we create a computer model of the body, which we then use to design the splitters.

Project preparation
The next step is the splitter design. Based on the prepared 3D scan, the designer selects the appearance, shape, and properties of the splitters to best suit the given car model.

Creating product forms
We move from design to implementation. Based on the design, we create product molds. These molds serve as a three-dimensional representation of each individual element.

Thermoforming
The product mold is placed in a machine called a thermoformer. In this machine, a sheet of ABS material is heated to become plastic, then stretched over the mold, imprinting the shape on the material.

CNC milling machining
Due to their complexity, some products require final processing using CNC milling machines. This not only ensures accuracy and precision but also speeds up the production process.

Hand finishing
Once the ABS material has cooled and the mold has solidified, final processing begins. Our employees hand-cut, sand, level, and prepare each splitter. This ensures the final product is of the highest quality.

Securing and packaging
Each splitter is protected with a protective film to minimize the risk of scratches and other damage. To provide even better protection, we also secure each product with an additional layer of film before packaging and shipping.
