Maxton Design
The world of car tuning has its own rules. Car owners are often dissatisfied with the way their cars look when they leave the factory, so they seek ideas and opportunities to do something about it. Often, it doesn't take much to make a car unique; just a few details are enough. New rims, a slight lowering of the body, and... Maxton Design side skirts.
We have been creating aerodynamic components since 2006. At the beginning
activities were mainly bumpers and spoilers made of fiberglass, so
We created molds for these bumpers, designed to create an interesting shape that differed from the original bumpers on a given car. We placed sheets of fiberglass in the mold and bonded them using a special resin. These components required a great deal of work, patience, and dedication to replace the factory bumpers. Applying the primer and paint, getting the right fit, and finally installing the laminate took many days and was often quite expensive. Therefore, over time, our company evolved toward creating more versatile products that would reduce the time and cost of customers. As our ideas developed, our employee base also grew. Initially, Maxton Design consisted of several people performing multiple tasks. For example, one person was responsible for receiving and processing customer orders, while the same person handled packaging and shipping the finished packages.
A major breakthrough for us was the transition from producing laminate components to creating splitters from ABS. This material differs significantly from fiber glass - it is lighter, easier to process and allows the creation of much more precise designs. Our first splitters were very simple, without subtle details or bolder elements. The reason was simple - we first had to create and then refine the production method and splitter processing. We also invested in equipment. Thermoforming machines, CNC milling machines, and a 3D laser scanner are just some of our resources, without which expanding our offerings and performing our work would be, if not impossible, then certainly very difficult and time-consuming.
Currently, our company is one of the largest of its kind on the market. We operate globally through an extensive network of dealers. The largest include those in the UK, Germany, France, and the USA. You can find our distributors in every European country, and we also operate in Asia, Australia, Africa, and other corners of the globe. We are very proud that Polish products are present and known all over the world. The entire production process of our splitters is taking place in Poland, at our headquarters in Wojnicz near Tarnów. This is where splitter shipments depart for customers around the world.
The hallmark of our production is the quality of workmanship. We understand that anyone who wants to change the appearance of their car and decides to tune it expects the components they use to be well-made, durable, and well-fitting. That's why we combine modern technology with the handiwork of trained employees in our production process. By using CNC machining machines,
Thermoforming machines and other specialized equipment allow us to meet customer expectations and expand our range of available components. Ultimate quality and finish are ensured by our employees, who perform the final polishing by hand and ensure that our customers receive flawless, top-quality products.
Our future is linked to continuous development and business improvement. One of our biggest steps forward is beginning to work on carbon fiber components. This involves completely new production technology, new solutions, and also new challenges. However, we want to meet the needs of tuning enthusiasts, who are increasingly seeking carbon fiber components on the market. We are also redesigning our website to make shopping easier and more customer-friendly. We also plan to create a large warehouse for our products to minimize order turnaround times. This is no easy task, as we offer over 15,000 products, but big challenges are our specialty.
