Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of: maintaining an account and handling orders in the e-store www.maxtondesign.eu as well as sending newsletters on the basis of Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR, i.e. your consent to the processing of personal data

You are obliged to provide personal data under Article 6 (1 (c) of the GDPR and this is a condition for the provision of services.

Your personal data will be stored during 5 years as of the date of providing the service.
Personal data recipients
Recipients of your personal data include:
accounting firms providing services to the Controller,
cooperating entities authorised by the Controller,
state authorities, e.g. the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), Tax Office, the Prosecutor's Office, the police, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) if they request that from us.

You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Transferring personal data to third countries
Personal data will not be transferred to third countries.
