Do you produce components based on other brands’ designs?
No, we do not replicate designs already available on the market. All of our products are conceived in our design branch from start to finish.
Can products available in the store be modified?
Unfortunately the products cannot be modified in any way. Each of the products is based on a mould prepared beforehand with the accordance to a patented design.
Are there any problems with splitters on the car?
We design our splitters in such a way that they are tailored to specific car models, in specific versions and options. Therefore, by installing an appropriate splitter, which means dedicated to a given car, it will fit. It is very important to know if the car is not damaged or modified - in this case difficulties or problems may arise. It is very important to properly install the splitters in accordance with the instructions. Incorrect installation is the most common cause of splitter problems, which, in such a case, may even result in damage to the bodywork. Will components dedicated to another model fit my vehicle?
Our products are based on 3D scans of respective vehicle models. This is why they are usually dedicated to a specific model. Even similar vehicle models will show discrepancies when it comes down to details, and these small differences mean that products dedicated to one model will not fit a different one. Are you going to create splitters dedicated to my car?
We always try to approach our projects with care and attention, so the process of creating new products is quite time-consuming. Currently, there are more than 100 projects in progress – your vehicle may already be among them.
Where do Maxton Design splitters come from?
All products are made in one place in the world - in Wojnicz in Poland. Therefore, everyone who buys Maxton Design splitters can be sure of their quality. Thanks to the global network of dealers, our products are available in almost all corners of the world. We are proud that products from Poland reach automotive enthusiasts all over the world.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order at any stage of its processing up to the moment of shipment, at which point your order is already being handled by the courier company.
Can I add or replace a product in my order?
To ensure that orders are processed as quickly as possible, they are forwarded for production as soon as they are placed - we do not have the ability to edit them. If you order a wrong product, you can always cancel your order and place it again.
Can the waiting time be reduced?
Our dealers come from all around the world, we constantly receive orders from numerous countries on every continent, and the production of our components takes place only in Wojnicz, Poland. All of our products are handcrafted and we put a great deal of effort into taking care of even the smallest details. Understandably, the situation caused by the pandemic is not making the job of our team any easier, and due to the character of the production, and the fact that creating aerodynamic splitters requires a specific skill set and experience we are not able to reduce production times without sacrificing quality. We are fully aware that the waiting time is long, however, we stand by the belief that first and foremost our products have to be polished, durable, and made with the utmost attention to detail, hence we have to meet very high standards and this time is required.
Why is the production process so long?
The Maxton Design splitters are manufactured only in a single place in the world – Wojnicz, Poland. Our products are handcrafted from the ground up, manually finished, packaged and shipped worldwide. We always strive to take care of the smallest details and to ensure the highest quality of our products. We do not store our products and take an individual approach to every order. The splitters get made only after being ordered, hence the manufacturing process takes from 35 to 72 days.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order at any time, just click on the link in the email you received after placing it. You can also ask our customer service specialists via email. Just remember to include the six-digit order number in your message – you can find this number in your order confirmation email.
Can I have the ordered products installed?
Yes. However, the ordered products can only be installed at our business premises after arranging an appointment via phone call at Tel. +48 14 307 06 04
Can all the products be installed at the Maxton Design headquarters?
We are only able to install products made of ABS and carbon fiber. Some of our products require painting, drilling or varnishing - unfortunately, we do not have the means to perform such services.
Where can I have your products installed?

How long does the installation take at the Maxton Design headquarters?
The installation duration is dependent on the type of the product to be installed and the number of elements - usually it takes between 30 minutes and an hour per product.
How to install your products?
Most of the products are delivered with a detailed mounting manual including descriptions of screws etc. If a mounting manual has not been included you can found it in the Manuals section on our website or in the form of a video on our YouTube channel.
Can I pay on delivery?
Due to the dimensions of shipments and courier contracts, we are not able to provide the option to pay on delivery. Only orders with personal pickup at Maxton Design's headquarters can be paid like this.
What countries do you ship your products to?
We can ship our products to almost any country in the world. If you would like to know if we ship to your country - ask our customer service specialist at [contact hyperlink].
What are delivery times?
Delivery time mainly depends on the country of delivery and the selected shipping provider. You can receive the shipment even the next day after the package being dispatched. The delivery itself usually takes no longer than 7 working days, even in the most remote locations.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are dependent on the following factors: size of the order, weight, package dimensions, and shipping destination (40-400zł in Poland, and 20-4000€ outside of Poland).
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
You can place an order even without creating an account - as a guest.
How do I edit my data?
You can easily change your data by going to the My Account tab, then to the Personal Data tab. There you will find the Login Details section along with the option to change your order details.
How do I change my password?
You can easily change your password by going to the My Account, then to the Personal Information tab. There you will find the Login Details section along with the option to change your password.
Will I receive a payment confirmation?
You will receive the payment confirmation by email immediately after the payment. You will receive the sales document after the order is processed.
Is the payment secure?
We use secure third-party payment gateways to process your payment. We also protect your data using an SSL certificate.
What are the available payment methods?
We accept PayPal payments, quick transfers, traditional transfers, as well as credit and debit card payments. When picking your order up at our headquarters, you can pay in cash or by card.
My payment was not accepted, what do I do?
If your payment has been declined, make sure your account owner and order details have been entered correctly, and check if your payment limits are not set too low to make a required payment. Traditional transfers usually take up to 3 business days to be entered up.
In what currency are payments accepted?
The currencies in which our store operates are EUR and PLN. Through payment operators such as PayPal and iMoje you can pay using different currencies. The funds will be transferred at the current exchange rate.
What if my gift card is for a smaller amount than my order?
In this case, the order will require an extra payment that covers the difference.
Can I buy a digital gift card?
Yes. We offer gift cards in physical form - sent by courier, as well as in the form of a digital PDF file - sent via email.
How long does it take to receive a gift card?
In the case of a digital file, the card is sent immediately after the payment is entered up. Physical cards are sent via courier so the delivery time depends on how long the courier takes to deliver the package.
How long are gift cards valid?
A gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
How to use a gift card?
Each gift card has a unique code, which must be entered in the designated space in the shopping cart during purchase.
What is necessary to make a complaint?
To file a complaint correctly, you need to attach a photo of the damage.
What should I do if the product I received is damaged?
If the shipment is damaged, you should prepare a damage report with the courier. If this is not possible, please contact us immediately at complaints@maxtondesign.eu and attach the order details and photos of the damage.
How do I file a complaint about a purchased product?
You can make a complaint through the My Account tab or via email at: complaints@maxtondesign.eu
How to report a return, and how much time do I have to report one?
You can request a return via the My Account tab or via email within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
How long does it take for my complaint to be considered?
The maximum time for returns and complaints to be considered is 14 days. Usually the response from our complaint department is much faster. During this time we prepare a comprehensive solution to each specific case. If necessary, the complaint department will consult you to gather more information.
