Maxton Design - get to know us

The world of car tuning has its own rules. Car owners are often not satisfied with how their cars look after leaving the factory, which is why they look for ideas and opportunities to do something about it. Often, there is no need to interfere much with the car's construction to make it unique; a few details are enough. New rims, a slight lowering of the body, and... Maxton Design splitters.

We have been creating aerodynamic components since 2006. At the beginning of our activity, these were mainly fiberglass bumpers and spoilers, so-called laminates. We made a mold for such a bumper, designed so that its shape was interesting and differed from the shape of original bumpers on a given car. In the mold, we laid sheets of fiberglass, which we joined using a special resin. These prepared components required a lot of work, patience, and commitment to replace the factory bumpers. Applying primer and paint, proper fitting, and finally mounting the laminate took many days and often cost a lot. Therefore, over time, our company developed towards creating more universal products that would not require large outlays of time and cost for customers. Along with the development of ideas, the number of our employees also grew. At the beginning, Maxton Design was created by a few people who performed many tasks. For example, one person was responsible for receiving and placing customer orders, and the same person was involved in packing and sending finished packages.

A big breakthrough for us was the transition from producing laminate elements to creating ABS splitters. This material differs significantly from fiberglass - it is lighter, easier to process, and allows for much more precise designs. Our first splitters were very simple, without subtle details or bolder elements. The reason was simple - first, we had to create and then refine the method of production and processing of splitters from scratch. We also invested in equipment. Thermoforming machines, CNC milling machines, 3D laser scanners - these are just some of the items from our facilities, without which expanding our offer and performing work would be, if not impossible, then certainly very difficult and time-consuming.

Currently, our company is one of the largest of its kind on the market. We operate globally through an extensive network of our dealers. The largest include dealers from the UK, Germany, France, and the USA. You can find our distributors in every European country; we also operate in Asia, Australia, Africa, and other corners of our planet. We are very proud that Polish products are present and known worldwide. The entire production process of our splitters takes place in Poland, at our headquarters in Wojnicz near Tarnów. This is where transports of splitters leave for customers all over the world.

The hallmark of our production is the quality of workmanship. We know very well that anyone who wants to change the appearance of their car and decides to tune it expects that the elements used for this will be well made, durable, and fitted. Therefore, in the production process, we combine modern technology and manual work of trained employees. Thanks to the use of CNC machines, thermoforming machines, and other specialized equipment, we can meet customer expectations and expand the offer of available elements. However, the final quality and finish are ensured by our employees, who manually perform the final touches and ensure that customers receive products of the highest quality without flaws.

We associate our future with continuous development and improvement of our operations. One of the biggest steps forward for us is starting work on carbon fiber elements. This involves a completely new production technology, new solutions, and also new problems for us, but we want to meet the needs of tuning fans who are increasingly looking for carbon elements on the market. We are also changing our website to make shopping easier and more user-friendly for customers. In the long term, we also plan to create a large warehouse for our products to minimize the waiting time for orders. This is not an easy task, as our offer includes over 15,000 products, but big challenges are our specialty.
