The ABS plastic that our tuning elements are produced from was produced to be used mainly in the automotive industry. It is applied in the making of factory bumpers and other components of car coachwork very often, and elements like these need to be characterized by high flexibility and durability. Another proof of the grade of Maxton Design tuning is the TUV certification that our ABS has been rewarded with, and additionally the fact that most of our products are TUV TAILEGUTACHTEN/ABE certified.
The manufacturing of ABS components is a complex procedure with multiple steps. The last one of them in this complicated undertaking is manual processing and adding final touches. This is a display of the care and accuracy that we put in the production of all the components at Maxton Design. Moreover, we do our best to eliminate as many faulty and suboptimal parts as we can by putting all of them through a scrupulous quality control right before dispatching.
